Job summary

Central Bank in Urbandale, IA or Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Senior BI Developer to build and maintain reporting, data and BI solutions that illuminate Bank operations and performance. Minimum eight years in BI, SQL, data development, analytics or similar.
Advanced experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
Strong visualization and BI development practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards for operations and performance.
Collaborate with departments to translate reporting needs into data solutions.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for leaders.
Ensure reports are clear, actionable and accurate.
Maintain data connections, models and ETL/ELT processes.
Support data governance and documentation across BI solutions.
