Cloud Professional Services (PSO) is a rapidly expanding division focused on customer migrations, requiring operational and administrative support. The Data Quality Specialist will focus on operations, reporting, and managing partner data in FinancialForce (ERP), emphasizing visibility on project delivery, revenue, and partner efforts. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of handling high-volume, fast-paced work, and comfortable with data accuracy and management.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Support sales teams by maintaining demonstration tools and applications
  • Utilize multiple data sources to produce outcomes with some variability
  • Exercise moderate independent judgment for decision-making
  • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and training
  • Stay informed on company activities and industry trends
  • Follow up consistently on opportunities and inquiries
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to diagnose and research product or service issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and help customers understand product/service issues
  • Identify and summarize complex issues for management review
  • Collaborate with teams and report to Support Manager
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with administrative tasks, organization, and prioritization
  • Ability to critically address customer and client issues
  • Focus on customer needs and effective communication with higher-level staff
  • Ability to follow scripts and processes according to contractual agreements
  • Aptitude to learn new technology and data systems
  • Experience with MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Extremely detail-oriented, especially with repetitive tasks
  • Strong data entry and monitoring skills

Note: All candidates must pass a background check, including identity verification and employment eligibility, due to handling sensitive data.

The salary range is $14.76 - $18.94 hourly, plus performance incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. The position is full-time, remote in Texas, USA, and open until 05/12/2025.

Physical & mental requirements include operating computers and office equipment; work is primarily sedentary.
