Job summary

High Point University is seeking a Data Processing and Quality Analyst in the Workman School of Dental Medicine to support data integrity and reliable reporting across analytics platforms. The role emphasizes data validation, cleaning, and operational reliability within Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Under the Director of Design and Process Enhancement, you will maintain data workflows, document processes, and assist in survey development and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Execute routine data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance across multiple data sources.
• Identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy.
• Apply data standards, naming conventions, and formatting rules across systems.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems (Power BI, Excel) for decision making.
• Document data processes and workflows to ensure continuity.
• Support survey development and evaluation tools like Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet data needs and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assessment platforms (Power BI, dashboards, Excel-based reports) for longitudinal learner performance tracking.
• Prepare, organize, and transform datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Assist in maintaining data structures that support ongoing learner analytics and outcomes.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support faculty, committees, and leadership.
• Support accreditation data preparation and continuous quality improvement efforts.
