Under the Director of Design and Process Enhancement, you will maintain data workflows, document processes, and assist in survey development and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Execute routine data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance across multiple data sources.
• Identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy.
• Apply data standards, naming conventions, and formatting rules across systems.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems (Power BI, Excel) for decision making.
• Document data processes and workflows to ensure continuity.
• Support survey development and evaluation tools like Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet data needs and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assessment platforms (Power BI, dashboards, Excel-based reports) for longitudinal learner performance tracking.
• Prepare, organize, and transform datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Assist in maintaining data structures that support ongoing learner analytics and outcomes.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support faculty, committees, and leadership.
• Support accreditation data preparation and continuous quality improvement efforts.

High Point University is currently seeking a full-time Data Processing and Quality Analyst with in the Workman School of Dental Medicine.This role is responsible for supporting the integrity, consistency, and operational reliability of data used across institutional analytics systems. The position focuses on executing data validation processes, maintaining data workflows, and ensuring accurate reporting across platforms such as Excel and Power BI.This position is well-suited for an early-career professional interested in developing skills in educational data operations, reporting systems, and learning analytics within a collaborative higher education environment.Working under the direction of the Director of Design and Process Enhancement, this role applies established data standards, supports survey deployment and evaluation systems implementation, and contributes to
