Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in data annotation or QA required.
Experience in AI/ML data workflows is a plus.
Prior audit or review experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Support quality execution across DLA teams.
Audit DLA outputs and provide feedback.
Act as a first line of support for DLAs.
Help navigate ambiguity and apply instructions.
Support onboarding and training of new DLAs.
Monitor workflows and escalate risks.
Identify patterns in human and model outputs.
Participate in team discussions.
Contribute to improving guidelines.
Document findings clearly.
