Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.

• Prior experience auditing or reviewing others' work.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates, providing structured feedback.
• Lead training for new associates on Arabic dialects.
• Monitor workflow and identify blockers, escalating issues as needed.
