The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented systems thinker to safeguard the accuracy of the alumni and donor data at the heart of our advancement work as a Data Quality Assurance Associate.
The accuracy of alumni and donor data across Indiana University and the Indiana University Foundation runs through your hands. Your work shapes how the systems that store, process, and retrieve that data are designed, implemented, and used.
On a given day, you'll edit and refine SQL queries, batch edit data across systems, and analyze it for patterns and inconsistencies that need correcting. When an automated data feed or process doesn't run as expected, you're the one troubleshooting it. You'll also document the scripts, queries, and configuration changes you work with.
Alongside that daily work, you'll partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, contribute to cross-functional project teams, and translate technical details into clear terms for colleagues outside your immediate team.

This is a hybrid role based in Bloomington, Indiana, with an in-office schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and remote flexibility on Tuesday and Thursday. The hiring range for this position is 55,000-60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
