Job summary

BRYCER seeks a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of partner data in Lisle, IL. You will support Prevention Bureaus, research data sources, and provide recommendations to improve processes and system performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data entry/management, familiarity with fire safety NFPA codes, and strong Excel/CRM skills. This role requires collaborative, analytical, and self-motivated professionals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data entry, management, or client onboarding.
• Familiarity with fire safety systems and NFPA codes is a plus.
• Strong research, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM or data systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate, review, and maintain contract and compliance data.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements for system optimization.
• Conduct research using verified third-party sources (Google, GIS, county portals).
• Serve as SME in Data Entry, Data Quality, and Risk Management.
• Communicate with Prevention Bureaus and inspection companies.
• Monitor and report risks including information security and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while able to work independently.
