Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to assess, promote, and confirm data quality and performance of investigative service partners and internal resources through quality audits of case files and client records.

In this role you will identify trends, partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate data elements are captured in the CRM, and compile audit results for leadership and quarterly stewardship reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years investigative experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assesses performance of internal, client or vendor case files or records for accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
• Identifies trends and opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Ensures data elements (demographics, contacts, 3rd party connections, contracts) are accurately captured in the CRM.
• Compiles audit results and submits to manager for review; supports quarterly stewardship reports.
• Monitors action items and project plans with stakeholders; updates vendor resources as needed.
