Experis Technology Group is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our client’s Data Quality Analytics team on a 3-month contract, fully remote. The role supports Product, Program, and Operations groups, focusing on data quality, consistency, and clear reporting.

The ideal candidate has a detail-oriented mindset, can follow structured guidelines, and communicate findings across teams. Bachelor’s degree in technology or behavioral sciences and proficiency with G Suite or MS Office are required.

Our client, a technology-focused organization, is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Data Quality Analytics team, supporting Product, Program, and Operations groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured guidelines with consistency, and the communication skills to collaborate across teams and share clear findings.

What’s the Job?

• Conduct reviews of annotations or data collections to determine quality and importance of data.
• Consistently apply quality methodology, guidelines, and rubric when labeling and annotating large data sets.
• Use in-house data labeling platforms to complete annotation tasks while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify errors and trends, then report analysis and findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader by authoring, updating, and owning guidelines and SOPs that improve data quality.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics, cognitive science, information systems, or related field).
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a detail-oriented fashion, while also spotting inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Self-motivated work style with the ability to manage workload independently, plus proficiency with G-suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides) or MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
