Job summary

Element Technologies in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation to drive reliability data and support automation initiatives. You will work under the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager to implement day-to-day quality operations and engage partners across organizations.

The role requires deep data quality experience, SQL, automation tools, and strong collaboration across functions. Occasional travel may be required on the East Coast.

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of significant professional experience.
  • Experience in data quality, data management, supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (Customer and Vendor).
  • May require up to 10% travel to other sites and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Data quality operations: profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolutions.
  • Automation support: build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
  • Monitoring and reporting: maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs; identify trends and improvements.
  • Cross-organizational engagement: partner with Supply Chain functions to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.
  • Documentation: maintain SOPs, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.

Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation (Customer & Vendor Master) .

Location: New Brunswick, NJ Highly preferred or East Coast.


This role will be critical for reliability data across the organization. Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, this individual will implement day-to-day quality operations, support automation initiatives, and engage partners across different organizations

.

Key Responsibilitie
  • sData Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems
