Job summary

Aspida invites energetic interns to join its IT team in Durham, NC for a Summer 2027 internship. The 9-week program is onsite three days per week and exposes you to Software Engineering, Data Analytics, and Business Analytics within a fast-moving insurance tech environment.

As an intern, you will write and debug code, gather requirements, and build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. You will learn from engineers, analysts, and project managers while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software development and feature work.
• Gather and translate business requirements to technical tasks.
• Create dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support decisions.
• Support data visualization using Python or R.
• Collaborate across software, analytics, and IT teams.
