Job summary

QXO seeks a Senior Manager, Data Protection & Forensics to own how we protect sensitive data and investigate when it’s exposed. You’ll run our DLP platform, advance forensics, and lead a small team with an automation-first mindset.

You’ll align multi-cloud data controls, oversee eDiscovery and legal holds, and partner with IT, Legal, and HR to strengthen governance while enabling business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• CISSP; GCFA/GCFE/GCFR or EnCE is preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise data protection and forensics programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise DLP platform end to end: architecture, policy design, and alert triage.
• Lead digital forensics examinations across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, cloud and collaboration platforms.
• Manage insider risk program in collaboration with HR, Legal, and Privacy.
• Oversee eDiscovery collections and legal holds with external counsel as needed.
• Brief executives and counsel on findings in clear, non-technical language.
