Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an entry-level data management and proofreading specialist to support our internal creative team. The role involves 60% preparing and manipulating client data and 40% proofreading to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

You will coordinate information between client and agency teams, process data in Excel, and verify copy accuracy under tight deadlines. Collaboration and eagerness to learn marketing processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience requiring attention to detail with high accuracy rates.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with multiple data forms including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process information between the client and internal agency teams using client data, sales/promotional data, or product images.
• Process Excel data through internal systems for mass/output projects.
• Proofread deliverables to ensure error-free, accurate data for client review.
• Verify accuracy of facts in copy and review for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and brand voice.
• Manage late changes to customer requests and maintain client campaigns.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily tasks and deliverables.
• Gain understanding of client product expectations and stay updated on changes and guidelines.
• Maintain working knowledge of MS Office Suite and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
