Job summary

RedStream Technology seeks a Digital Proofreader/Editorial Associate to support thought leadership content on our website and mobile app. You will proof, format, and ensure adherence to style guidelines, enhancing user experience across digital assets.

You will track assets, provide project management support for digital and mobile projects, and collaborate with editors, designers, and production staff to deliver on-deadline content.

Qualifications

• Strong copyediting, proofreading, and critical reading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced editorial production environment.
• Experience with digital and mobile content products is a plus.
• Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style and professional style guides.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and approve emails promoting new content; ensure consistency with style.
• Proofread web content, note changes to editors, and approve multimedia assets for posting.
• Review content on iOS and Android apps for quality and formatting.
• Coordinate deadlines and responsibilities with web production staff.
• Track progress and resolve delays to meet deadlines.
• Provide SEO and taxonomy tags for select content.
