Job summary

Zekelman Industries invites a highly motivated Program Development Intern to join the Program Development team for Summer 2027. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise project management, process improvement, data analysis, and technology integration across large-scale real estate development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in project management, process improvement, business operations, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams and present clearly.
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project/Smartsheet/Asana) is a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, contribute to projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking and updating project schedules and milestones.
• Support collection and maintenance of project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and document key points.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools.
• Gather, validate, and organize project data.
• Assist with updating SOPs, process docs, and libraries.
• Research industry best practices in PM, process optimization, and reporting.
• Prepare presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate across teams to document current processes and identify improvements.
• Support onboarding and training material creation.
