Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking an experienced Program Manager to translate roadmap and product definitions into executable work across Data Products & Analytics, Platform Engineering, and Data Science/ML. This is an individual contributor role focused on artifact quality and predictable execution rather than direct sprint management.

You will own epic structure, acceptance criteria, and cross-team sequencing while maintaining Ready-to-Execute standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Agile/Scrum or PMP certification is a plus.
7+ years in program or project management within a data or software delivery context.
Program management depth and ability to draft usable epics for engineers.
Cross-functional visibility without control and strong written communication.
Jira process design and sprint cadence experience.

Responsibilities

Convert roadmap items into epics sized for DS and PE sprint planning.
Draft independently and iterate with technical leads before work goes on a board.
Own epic structure, acceptance criteria, sequence, and dependencies.
Maintain Ready-to-Execute standard with three clarifying questions.
Track active work across DP&A, DS, and PE boards to show in-flight work and risks.
Own the Jira process and sprint cadence for the Data Products & Analytics team.
