U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Data Product Owner to drive strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of data products within the Investment Services Data Domain.

You will translate business needs into scalable, governed data products supporting reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases. The role oversees full lifecycle from intake to adoption, collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to ensure trusted, reusable data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in data, analytics, product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for data products.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate needs into user stories and backlogs.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmap discussions balancing value, dependencies, risk, and capacity.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, analytics, and governance teams to deliver scalable data products.
• Champion data-as-a-product with governance, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption and measure business outcomes through stakeholder engagement and feedback.
• Support evolution of governed data products to improve consistency and reuse across teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize data assets and reporting, including cloud migration.
