Qualifications you’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Availability to work full-time as a self-directed virtual employee
• Understanding of the end-to-end data development cycle and ability to influence each stage (ideation, modeling, architecture, project management, development, testing, deployment) within Data Office portfolio
• Experience with healthcare concepts and data
• Project management and facilitation skills
• Curiosity to foster innovation and growth
• Humility to work as part of a team
• Commitment to making a difference for our customers in every interaction

Your key responsibilities:

• Identifying critical paths across teams and aligning with Data Product roadmaps
• Advancing data needs including design, modeling, governance, and user training
• Technical project management
• Cross-functional communication and status updates
• Aligning Data Product deliverables with business objectives and KPIs
• Performing various responsibilities that contribute to healthcare delivery and customer satisfaction
