Job summary

You will collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to deliver curated datasets, define KPI logic, and drive data quality and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in data product management, analytics product management, or data platforms in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into roadmaps/backlogs.
• Experience analysing workflows and defining KPIs and metrics for decisioning and ops.
• Experience with data governance in a multi-domain enterprise: lineage, metadata, quality, change control.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, operations and governance partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflow goals into product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify automation, standardization, and data-driven decisions; define success metrics.
• Define data domain concepts and metrics required to support priority workflows; document definitions for reuse.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to deliver curated datasets and governed metrics.
• Apply data governance practices including ownership, lineage, data quality, and change control.
• Drive product adoption through training, documentation, and office hours; embed analytics into operating rhythms.
• Manage product lifecycle: backlog, prioritization, releases, and deprecation; align with risk and control.
• Communicate metrics and analytics clearly to audiences and channels.
