Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Data Product Leader to own the day-to-day execution of treating data as a managed, governed, and intentionally designed product across the HPEFS digital ecosystem.

Reporting to the Digital Strategy Leader, this role collaborates with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT to ensure trusted, AI-ready data that supports reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, data management, or data strategy.
• Experience leading teams and cross-geography leadership.
• Experience treating data as a product with roadmaps and backlogs.
• Ability to partner across global teams including IT, data, analytics, governance.

Responsibilities

• Own data product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HPEFS.
• Define enterprise data product portfolio across key domains.
• Translate business needs into data product requirements using OBR framework.
• Prioritize portfolio based on value, reuse, risk reduction.
• Ensure data products are reusable, scalable across dashboards, APIs, and AI solutions.
