Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Data Architect for AI and Supply Chain Insights to own and evolve a portfolio of Data Products, design scalable data models, and ensure governance and trust across reporting, analytics, data science, and AI use cases.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate business needs into architecture roadmaps, advance data maturity, and enable self-service analytics and AI-ready design in a dynamic enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Management, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience owning or supporting Data Products and enterprise scale data assets.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Experience supporting analytics, AI, machine learning, or data science initiatives.
• Experience translating business capabilities and processes into scalable data models and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a portfolio of Supply Chain Data Products, ensuring they are certified, compliant, governed, and aligned to the latest Data Governance standards while maximizing business value and adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, data domains, and analytical needs, translating requirements into data strategies, architecture roadmaps, and product enhancement plans.
• Design and maintain scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring data assets are structured, documented, and optimized for reporting, analytics, AI, machine learning, and self service consumption.
• Drive Data Product maturity through architecture best practices, data quality, metadata management, governance, master data management, and AI ready design principles.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and business leaders to deliver scalable data solutions, accelerate insight generation, and increase the value of enterprise data assets.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and modern data practices to improve business outcomes, strengthen the data ecosystem, and promote architecture excellence across the organization through mentoring and thought leadership
