Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Owner Lead within the Card Data and Analytics Team in Plano, TX. You will own all data in the Card product used for analytics, reporting, and operations, ensuring quality, safety, and proper governance across the data lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Owners and tech leads to shape data strategy, drive data delivery plans, manage risks, and lead a team or matrixed staff to deliver production-ready data solutions that empower business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a data-related field with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering across multiple workstreams with differing timelines.
• Subject matter expertise in business or product data and data governance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google or Azure) and big data tech (Hadoop, Spark, Alteryx, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Create plans for data product development and delivery to support business objectives and analytics.
• Identify critical data scope, documenting meaning and purpose with metadata.
• Support data and analytics lead by specifying data requirements for analytics platforms and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data product requirements and deploy production-ready solutions.
• Develop processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks including protection, retention, and quality.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and risks in the data product development lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and manage workstreams and staff delivering data tasks.
