Newrez LLC offers the TRAIL Operations Specialist program, a 12-month rotational leadership development track for recent graduates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data assets, data platform and BI strategy while earning a competitive salary with benefits.

You will rotate through multiple functions, receive mentorship, and build foundational skills in process improvement and leadership to support future roles at Newrez.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties to gain knowledge for promotion to a management position.
• Performs business analyses and provides recommendations to leadership for improvements.
• Receives training across functions to understand policies and practices.
• Observes experienced workers to learn methods and standards.
• Help champion the Process Improvement discipline in the org.
