Job summary

Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Data Processor, Operations to process financial transactions and support campus procurement. The role handles expense reports, petty cash, requisitions, and vendor invoices under the VP/Asst VP in Campus Operations.

Strong coordination with Directors, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are required; experience with Workday is preferred. This is a non-exempt, on-site position offering benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of administrative support or related office experience.
  • Experience with Workday Finance preferred.
  • Strong diligence and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Process departmental expense reports and assign expenditures to cost centers.
  • Manage petty cash and supplier requisitions.
  • Support procurement activities and beverage/catering orders.
  • Review purchase requisitions of $1,000 or less.
  • Provide timely customer support and coordinate with Directors.

This position will also manage and support minor requisitions for the campus.Essential Job Functions and Performance IndicatorsThe intent of this job description is to provide a representation of the types of duties and level of responsibility that will be required of positions given this title.
