Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Data Processing Supervisor at the Monroe, WI location to oversee daily operations of document handling and data conversion. You will lead a team ensuring accuracy, security, and SLA adherence while partnering with sales for growth opportunities.

You will drive process improvements, manage pricing proposals, and coordinate with IT for system maintenance, delivering high-quality electronic data files to end-customers.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in data processing, document management, mailroom, or production environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Knowledge of security and compliance with sensitive data.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with production workflow or data management systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or process improvement methods.
• Experience with high-volume mail sorting and scanning technology.
• Understanding of data conversion techniques and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end handling of returned mail and survey data, including sorting, scanning, and converting to electronic formats (CSV, delimited files).
• Lead data capture, validation, and preparation for end-customer delivery.
• Ensure physical and data security, as well as quality assurance of converted data.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Generate reports on team performance, volume, error rates, and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with sales and clients to scope opportunities and develop pricing proposals.
• Manage pricing audits, invoicing documentation based on processed volumes and rates.
