Job summary

Cencora is seeking a data processing professional to support our US distribution services. The role requires maintaining order processing, reporting, and printing/document handling tasks with a focus on meeting nightly deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in data processing or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and experience with AS400 and SAP orders processing. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Data Processing or related vocations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and wave orders; run order reports; print, sort, and distribute customer document packets.
• Troubleshoot and manage production printer problems; maintain printer performance.
• Monitor incoming email and respond, research, and resolve requests.
• Escalate system problems impacting operations to leaders/managers.
• Provide IT helpdesk guidance to team members; restock supplies daily.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
