Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Support specialist in Whitestown, Indiana to back our US distribution services under AmerisourceBergen. The role focuses on monitoring and processing orders, printing and distributing customer documents, and supporting data processing activities.

Shifts are Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm and Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. Pay starts at $23.00/hr with potential up to $25.00/hr, plus opportunities for incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of three years of data processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and wave orders, run order reports, and printing, sorting, and distributing customer document packets.
• Proficient in data processing operations; must meet nightly truck departure deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and manage production printer problems and maintain printer performance.
• Monitor incoming email and take action to execute, research, and reply to requests.
• Sorts, alphabetizes, creates cover sheets, and scans receiving POs and PODs.
• Escalates system-related problems that impact operations to leaders/managers as needed.
• Troubleshoots RF unit problems.
• Provide IT helpdesk contacts guidance to other team members.
• Restocks paper and stickers daily; must lift 50 lbs.
• Will assist with projects when needed.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on printers (e.g., cleaning).
• Monitors utilization of supplies and notifies when orders are needed.
• Maintains an organized work area to prevent injuries.
