Job summary

Cencora is seeking a data processing support role within its US distribution services. The position focuses on monitoring, processing, and waving orders, printing and distributing documents, and maintaining production printers to meet nightly deadlines.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS (or equivalent experience) and at least three years in data processing or related fields, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with AS400 PKMS and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of directly related data processing or computer science experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and wave orders, run order reports, and print/sort/distribute customer document packets.
• Troubleshoot and manage production printer problems; maintain printer performance.
• Monitor incoming email and respond to requests; escalate system issues to leadership as needed.
• Provide IT helpdesk guidance to other team members.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with restocking supplies.
