Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Data Privacy Steward to support the Global Data Privacy Office and GDPOps. The role requires collaborating with Client Services, Practice teams, and Finance, reporting to the VP of Data Privacy Operations with a dotted line to the agency CFO.

The Senior Associate role expects 2–3 years of experience in program management, privacy, or related fields, with strong collaboration across departments and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of fundamental data privacy concepts.
• Familiarity with key global privacy legislation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate privacy program activities across the agency.
• Support DSAR processing and data subject rights fulfillment.
• Maintain client/services roster and ensure data inventory readiness.
• Facilitate DPIAs and privacy reviews with GDPOps and GDPO.
• Coordinate vendor and product due diligence with relevant teams.
