Zaviant, headquartered in Philadelphia, seeks a Data Privacy & Protection Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, design, implement, and mature data privacy programs. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead client engagements or complex projects, including managing stakeholders, project execution, and deliverable quality.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S., European, and applicable global privacy regulations and privacy program operations.
• Strong technical aptitude, with demonstrated ability to understand, learn, and configure complex software platforms and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Hands‑on experience independently configuring OneTrust, Osano, Transcend, Ketch, TrustArc, or comparable privacy management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and provide effective project‑level leadership to supporting team members.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy assessments, program development initiatives, risk evaluations, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Translate privacy requirements and client business needs into practical processes, controls, and technology solutions.
• Support and lead the configuration and implementation of privacy management platforms, including data mapping, DPIAs, consent management, and data subject rights.
• Develop hands‑on expertise across Zaviant’s privacy technology partners, independently learning new platform capabilities and configuration approaches as needed.
• Work directly with platform configurations, workflows, and functionality to deliver client solutions rather than relying solely on advisory or oversight responsibilities.
• Collaborate with client legal, compliance, IT, security, and business teams to operationalize privacy solutions.
