Zaviant, a Philadelphia-based boutique consulting firm, seeks a Data Privacy & Protection Senior Consultant to lead client engagements and mature privacy programs for diverse organizations.

You will own day-to-day delivery, manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and translate privacy requirements into practical processes and technology solutions, including configuring platforms like OneTrust or similar tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Ability to independently lead client engagements or complex projects.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S., European, and applicable global privacy regulations.
• Hands-on experience independently configuring OneTrust, Osano, Transcend, Ketch, TrustArc, or comparable privacy management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements with day-to-day delivery, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• When serving as Engagement Leader, be the primary client contact, lead meetings, manage expectations, and present findings and recommendations.
• Provide project-level direction to supporting Consultants, assign work, review deliverables, and provide feedback.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards.
• Monitor scope, milestones, dependencies, and utilization; address risks and changes proactively.
• As an engagement resource, collaborate with the Engagement Leader and support delivery of assigned workstreams.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and solutions-oriented approaches.
• Lead privacy assessments and program development initiatives, risk evaluations, and regulatory reviews.
• Translate privacy requirements into practical processes, controls, and technology solutions.
• Support and lead configuration and implementation of privacy management platforms (data mapping, DPIAs, consent, data subject rights).
• Develop hands-on expertise across privacy technology partners and learn new capabilities quickly.
• Work with legal, compliance, IT, security, and business teams to operationalize privacy solutions.
• Coach and mentor Consultants, contribute to methodologies, templates, and service offerings.
• Stay current on emerging privacy regulations, technologies, and industry practices.
