Qualifications

• 7+ years advancing Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering, Data Protection, or related fields.
• 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise-scale data protection capabilities.
• Strong software engineering foundation with Python, Java, Go or similar.
• 5+ years in cloud-native and DevSecOps environments with IaC and automation.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional privacy initiatives with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across data environments.
• Design, deploy, and optimize PETs including encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP, and classification.
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity to embed privacy-by-design.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations for audits and regulatory needs.
• Drive governance, metrics, automation, and continuous improvement of privacy posture.
