University of Central Florida IT is seeking a Manager, Data Platforms to lead the day-to-day operations, administration, and service delivery of enterprise data, integration, automation, and AI platform services at the Orlando campus.

The role oversees Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Informatica, Power Platform, Copilot, Gemini, SQL Server, and MariaDB while driving platform reliability, governance, and security compliance to support institutional needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise data platforms in large organizations.
• Expertise with modern cloud data technologies including Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Data Platforms team, including work assignments, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise data, integration, automation, and AI platforms.
• Oversee platform availability, performance, capacity planning, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Manage service requests and incidents via ServiceNow and maintain SLAs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; ensure change management, security controls, and data governance.
• Provide operational reports and platform dashboards to leadership.
