Allegis Group is seeking an IS Manager to lead the Data Services team within Global Enterprise Applications and Data. This hands‑on manager will design, implement, and support data platforms including Data Lake and Data Warehouse, while guiding a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires in‑office presence at Hanover, MD, with responsibilities spanning data operations, AI/ML‑driven insights, and scalable architecture across multiple operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with Data, Data Management and/or Data Analytics and modern cloud/on‑prem data platforms.
• 3–4 years hands‑on with Snowflake, Matillion, Qlik, Informatica or equivalent.
• Experience with Python for automation.
• Agile (SAFe) experience and offshore/onshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Acts as technology owner for Data Services products and platforms, partnering with Product Owners and Sponsors.
• Leads delivery lifecycle, validates readiness for production launches.
• Oversees production support, database administration and data platform maintenance.
• Provides regular reporting on service metrics and platform health.
• Coordinates database and platform upgrades, patching and recovery procedures.
• Establishes direction to inspire teams toward business goals.
