Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data concepts (ETL/ELT, data quality, governance, lifecycle management).
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and guide platform best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements for SAC, ADF, and BigQuery analytics.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate designs and manage releases.
• Provide guidance to U.S. business customers across applications.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback for backlog updates.
• Manage access requests, change control, and platform health checks.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering, BI Developers, Security, and IT Operations.
