Job summary

Allvue Systems, LLC is seeking a Product Owner for the Nexius Data Platform to own backlog, translate strategy into requirements, and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable data capabilities in an agile environment.

The role requires strong domain expertise in data platforms, customer collaboration, and the ability to balance business value with technical feasibility and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis within financial technology or investment management software.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs, refining requirements, and delivering agile software products within data platform or analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, Change Data Capture (CDC), data warehousing, and self-service reporting workflows.
• Working knowledge of alternative investment data domains, including fund accounting, portfolio reporting, investor reporting, or CRM/deal data.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog by defining, refining, and sequencing epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with a lean engineering team in a fast-moving agile environment to drive sprint execution and deliver high-quality product capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support day-to-day execution with engineering, sales, and clients.
