HTC Global Services is seeking a Software Product Management Senior Associate in Dearborn, MI. The role focuses on standardizing program management practices across a Data Platform & Engineering organization and collaborating with multiple product teams to implement operating models and reporting standards.

You will use Jira to manage planning, maintain a single source of truth for project status, and ensure Epics and estimates are well-defined and refined as requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with program management practices and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and enforce consistent program management practices across the Data Platform & Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement operating models and reporting standards.
• Drive adherence to program management processes and ensure artifacts are captured and stored for auditability.
• Develop understanding of the Data Platform & Engineering organization to address blockers and dependencies.
• Use Jira to manage iteration and quarterly planning for multiple product teams.
• Ensure Jira reflects team commitments as the source of truth for status and progress.
• Validate well-defined Epics and evolving estimates with requirements.
• Enter and track scope changes, issues, and risks in Jira per guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies identified by finance within Jira.
• Support accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Software Product Management Senior Associate

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Software Product Management Senior Associate to support program management practices across a Data Platform & Engineering organization. This role will work closely with program managers and product teams to implement operating models, maintain reporting standards, manage planning activities, and ensure accurate tracking of commitments, risks, issues, and project information.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and enforce consistent program management practices across the Data Platform & Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with program managers and multiple product teams to implement operating models and reporting standards.
• Drive adherence to program management processes and ensure relevant artifacts are consistently captured and stored for future reference and auditability.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Data Platform & Engineering organization to proactively identify and address blockers, gaps, and dependencies.
• Use Jira to manage iteration and quarterly planning processes for multiple product teams.
• Ensure team commitments are accurately reflected in Jira as a single source of truth for project status and progress.
• Validate that Epics are well-defined and estimates are accurate, with continuous refinement as requirements evolve.
• Enter and track scope changes, issues, and risks in Jira in accordance with program guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies identified by the finance team within Jira.
• Support accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications
