Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 expert support for IT infrastructure and services.
• Own change management processes with minimal service impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Mentor junior staff and lead complex infrastructure issues.
