Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. seeks a Manager, Data Engineering & Analytics to own the enterprise data platform’s architecture and delivery. You will guide a team of data engineers, while shaping data models, pipelines, and BI governance.

In this hybrid leadership role, you’ll bridge business and technical teams, manage Jira backlogs, and drive modular dbt projects on Google BigQuery, with SnapLogic integrations and Tableau administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Enterprise Data Solutions.
• 2+ years of formal people management, or leading engineering squads.
• Production‑level experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake).
• Advanced dbt experience with macros, tests, incremental models and docs.
• Hands‑on with iPaaS like SnapLogic and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data engineering team and own Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Architect and maintain the data transformation layer and enterprise data warehouse.
• Build and monitor ELT pipelines and automated workflows.
• Administer Tableau and enforce governance, security, and docs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into data roadmaps.
