Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience with Databricks and medallion architecture across Raw, Refined, and Presentation layers.
• Insurance industry background nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of data engineers and guides strategic, operational, and divisional goals.
• Tracks team delivery, provides updates, and informs management of deviations.
• Plans and conducts performance appraisals for employees and administers disciplinary action.
• Initiates discussions around raises, bonuses, and promotions within team.
• Recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all managed staff, including offshore resources.
