• Experience with cloud data platforms and Snowflake.
• Experience with data integration tools like Informatica, APIs, and queuing systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document current state and set vision for data strategy with stakeholders.
• Plan and support data platform tech selection and integration with systems.
• Lead day-to-day data system operations and drive automation with observability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and code reviews following best practices.
• Manage incidents to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Systems and business units to align data ops with goals.
• Set goals and manage performance for the data engineering team.
• Oversee budgets and schedules for Data Platform projects.
