Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Engineering or related field.
• At least 57 years of experience in data engineering, pipeline development, and data infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience managing data platform projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with data integration and middleware tools (e.g., Informatica), APIs, and queuing systems.
• Effective communication to non-technical audiences.

• SPS data strategy: collaborate to document current state and set future vision.
• Data infrastructure & operations: manage data platform technologies and onboarding.
• Continuous improvement: drive automation and observability to reduce lead time.
