Twitch is building the future of interactive entertainment. The Data Platform team develops and operates the data platform powering data systems and decision-making. As a software engineer on Data Platform, you will build tools that are reliable and scalable, review peers, and participate in a collaborative engineering team.

You can work from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA. You will develop new data capabilities, improve reliability, and scale to a petabyte while enhancing workflows with AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience as a Software Engineer.
• Familiarity with scalability, concurrency, API design, data modeling, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new capabilities in data warehouses and pipelines.
• Improve reliability, flexibility, and scalability of existing tools.
• Collaborate on vision as we scale to the next petabyte.
