Worth AI in Orlando, FL is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate core data services that power our products and analytics. You will own end-to-end data pipelines and APIs ingesting, transforming, and exposing high-quality data for internal and external users.

You will work with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable data platforms, with a focus on governance, observability, and CI/CD in a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with graph databases and query languages (Cypher/Gremlin).
• Proven entity resolution or record linkage experience.
• Ability to design flexible ontologies for evolving regulatory data.
• Experience building GraphQL or REST APIs for graph traversal.
• Experience at scale with data platforms or data-as-a-service models.
• Strong software engineering in Python/Java/Go/Rust.
• Hands-on data pipelines on AWS and modern data stacks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, orchestration, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement entity resolution to unify records.
• Design a global knowledge graph and ontology for ownership links.
• Hybrid storage: graph databases plus document/store for metadata.
• Optimize for real-time risk decisions across ownership levels.
• Build scalable data services and APIs for ingestion and serving.
• Develop batch/streaming pipelines using Spark/Flink and AWS.
• Own reliability, performance, and API-first data platform.
• Enforce data modeling, quality, lineage, and governance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and reproducible environments.
• Evolution of data platform architecture as a service.
