Job summary

Brex is building a Data Enablement Platform to power massive data-driven experiences across our products. You will help design and operate data sources, pipelines, and governance to deliver reliable data to product teams.

The role emphasizes building scalable data infrastructure, working with Snowflake, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka, and collaborating across teams to raise data literacy and product impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data infra or data platform roles.
• Experience with modern data stack components (Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka).
• Fluency in Kotlin or Python-like languages is preferred.
• Willing to work on-site 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri).

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain Brex’s data platform and infrastructure.
• Partner with product, data science, and analytics teams to launch data-backed products.
• Level up data competency across Brex via collaboration and training.
• Invest in resilient data architectures and participate in on-call rotations.
