R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer – Data Platform to help build the data foundations of PhareOS Stack. You will craft backend schemas and APIs powering both AI engines and user applications, handling large‑scale healthcare data with a focus on performance, observability, and security.

You’ll work on distributed data systems and resilient infrastructure, collaborating with AI/ML and product teams to deliver reliable data platforms that scale across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Scala and SQL for production systems.
• Experience building microservices, APIs, and ETL pipelines using Python, Java, or Go.
• Hands‑on with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Kafka or similar.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and on‑call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate large‑scale data pipelines and APIs supporting AI‑powered healthcare apps.
• Build scalable data infrastructure using modern data engineering tech and cloud native architectures.
