R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer – Data Platform to build the data foundation for PhareOS Stack, including backend schemas and APIs powering the AI engine and user apps.

You will design and operate large-scale data pipelines and services, ensure high performance, observability, and security/compliance, and collaborate with AI and product teams to deliver reliable data foundations for internal models and customer-facing products.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 2+ years with high-throughput data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Scala and SQL, with production data platform experience.
• Experience building microservices, APIs, and ETL pipelines using Python/Java/Go.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Kafka or similar tools.
• Experience designing API integrations and distributed systems with external partners.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
• On-call rotations and healthcare/RCM domain exposure.
