Job summary

Publicis Sapient in the United States is hiring a Senior Associate Data Engineer for a hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end data solutions for large-scale digital transformations, using cloud data platforms and modern data tooling.

You will design, build, and optimize batch and streaming pipelines, mentor teammates, and work with clients to translate requirements into scalable data services that power AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade data platforms.
• Hands-on with at least one leading public cloud data platform.
• Experience with Databricks including notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake.
• Strong Python for data engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines.
• Familiar with MLOps and AI deployment support.
• Excellent communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale data systems and platform modernization initiatives.
• Design, build and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines across cloud platforms.
• Support AI-enabled engineering use cases with scalable data services.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute hands-on to delivery.
• Estimate technical feasibility and project effort for solutions.
• Automate data platform operations and telemetry pipelines for observability.
