Job summary

Expression seeks an experienced Data Platform Architect to guide data pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML solutions in mission environments. You will coordinate across engineering, data science, and platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready outcomes using Databricks and Palantir Foundry.

The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, data governance, and experience with MLOps, DataOps, and CI/CD practices. Collaboration with mission stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in data platforms or analytics environments.
• 3+ years designing/implementing production solutions on Databricks or Palantir Foundry.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, governance, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on architectural guidance for data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Guide platform-native capabilities for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Advise on use of Databricks and Foundry across teams and projects.
• Lead transition of prototypes to production-grade solutions.
• Establish technical standards for code, pipelines, and metadata.
